has been trading for around 12 years. We pride
ourselves on our customer care and rapid despatch
of orders. If we have a glitch, and can't
supply as quickly as we would expect to, we
endeavour to notify you, and keep you well
informed about the process of your order.
We are extremely happy to talk to customers
on the phone - in fact if it wasn't for customers
phoning up it would get quite quiet and boring
in the office here! We also pride ourselves
on our product knowledge - and if we don't
know the answer - we have friends who do!
There are times when we aren't able to answer
your phone calls. For example if we have deliveries
coming in then it is all hands on deck to
unload them - so please leave a message on
the answer phone, and we will phone you back
as soon as possible. Equally, there are times
when we are away at trade shows and so on,
and hence out of the office during the day
time - in which case don't be surprised if
we get back to you in the evening! We do always
return all calls left on the answer phone
- providing you have clearly left a name and
phone number. In short - we try to give you
the best level of service it is possible to
provide.
We try to be different from many other web
based businesses. We don't like hiding behind
a screen, and you can find both our address
and phone number quite clearly visible on
our website.
Our product range does expand with time! We
have our own menagerie of animals, and hence
only put on the site products which we are
happy to endorse, either from our own experience
with them, or from the experience of friends.
This does lead to what can appear to be a
strange spread of items - but when we find
something that appears to have worked well
with our animals, then if often finds itself
getting added to our listings.
We try to be as environmentally conscious
as possible. The office is run using 'green'
electricity, we use the second side of all
paper coming back into the office, buy recycled
paper, use refilled ink cartridges for all
our printing, and goods are packed in boxed
collected from the local supermarkets when
we do our weekly shops, and we try and reuse
jiffy bags and so on. Sorry - sometimes it
doesn't give quite the professional image
that we would wish to portray, and you might
be disappointed that it isn't actually a case
of Vino Tinto being delivered.
