UK SHIPPING
We will ship anywhere within the UK, but for Northern Ireland, the Highlands & Islands of Scotland, and offshore islands such as the Isle of Wight, & the Isle of Man, may have to impose a shipping surcharge. Within the UK, we have tried to keep our shipping costs as sensible as possible, so you will find that costs vary according to the value of your order. These are grouped into 2 main weight bands, where items are marked as either 'bulk buy', or not.
Smaller items are sent with Royal Mail, and are free of charge if the order totals more that £60 (including vat).

All Royal Mail orders are charged at £9.00 for a next day service.
All items marked 'bulk buy' are heavily discounted, and we have to charge a more realistic figure of £10.20, with free carriage only applying to orders over £210.00. NEXT DAY deliveries are charged at £13.20.
We generally will use either Royal Mail, or Fedex to deliver your order. Notification of tracking numbers with Fedex will be sent to you by email. If you are likely to be out when goods are delivered, do please leave any special request for delivery if you have a safe place where goods can be left. If this is not possible the courier will leave a card with contact details so that you can phone them to arrange a more favourable delivery time. Alternatively – why not leave your work address for deliveries?

OPTIONAL NEXT DAY DELIVERY - This payment means that orders placed before 12 noon on a working day will be despatched that same day, and should be received by you the next working day (next day deliveries can not be made on weekend days).
Orders received after 12 noon can't be guaranteed to be delivered the next working day, but we will do our level best to try and ensure that they are. Without this extra payment you should receive your order within 3 - 5 days.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
We have alway shipped items overseas, but have finally got a website that can reflect this, so that you should be able to order directly here, without having to contact us. If we find that the shipping charges we have put in place are not a reflection of real-time shipping costs, then we may have to contact you to discuss this - it could go either way, with charges having to go up - but equally, they might come down, in which case we would give you a refund! Please note - that if you live overseas, you are responsible for any further costs and duties that may be levied on import into your country. In some instances we are able to pay your import duties and vat here, which does ensure that you receive items faster, as there should be no holdup through your customs etc facilities. We will contact you to organise this.
Returns Policy
We are happy to accept returned goods, and will reimburse all your costs if the items are being returned because of errors we have made. If items are being returned because you have changed your mind etc, then we will reimburse the costs that you have paid for the goods, less handling charges, PROVIDING that the goods are returned to us undamaged and in their original packaging within 7 working days. We do need to be contacted by phone or email before you return goods so that we can anticipate their receipt. Goods will not be refunded without this prior contact.
